Affiliate Promotional Guidelines & Terms of Participation

You may discuss and recommend the course on Reddit when the promotion is relevant and permitted by the rules of the subreddit.

You must respect community guidelines, avoid unsolicited promotional links, and disclose your affiliate relationship clearly.

Do not use Reddit communities solely as distribution channels for affiliate links.

You may promote the course to your email subscribers where you have the appropriate permission or other lawful basis to contact them.

Your messages must identify you accurately, contain truthful subject lines, provide required affiliate disclosures, and comply with applicable marketing and data protection laws.

Paid search advertising, brand-name bidding, social media advertising, and other paid promotional methods are permitted, subject to these guidelines.

You must not use misleading advertisements, impersonate the course owner, make unsupported claims, or violate advertising platform policies.

Permission to bid on our brand name does not grant permission to impersonate our business, use deceptive display URLs, or imply an official endorsement or relationship beyond your authorised affiliate status.

Affiliates may promote the course through coupon websites, deal platforms, and discount directories.

You must not advertise fake discounts, invent coupon codes, create false urgency, or claim that a promotion is exclusive or time-limited when it is not.

Any coupon or discount you advertise must be genuine, valid, and authorised where authorisation is required.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Reddit Marketing Mastery wherever required by law or applicable platform rules.

For example: "Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase Reddit Marketing Mastery through my affiliate link."

Disclosures must be clear, prominent, and easy to understand. Do not conceal them in lengthy disclaimers, obscure profile pages, or locations where the audience is unlikely to see them.

You are responsible for complying with the applicable advertising and consumer protection requirements in the jurisdictions where you promote the course.

You must not use phishing, deceptive sender identities, misleading subject lines, unlawfully obtained email addresses, or unlawful bulk messaging to promote the course.

You must honour unsubscribe requests and applicable suppression lists and comply with relevant email marketing and data protection requirements.

You may use approved promotional materials and your authorised affiliate links.

You must not create websites, social media accounts, or advertisements that falsely appear to be official Reddit Marketing Mastery properties.

You must not misuse our branding, copyrighted content, or other intellectual property, or imply that you have a partnership, endorsement, or authority that has not been granted.

Permission to run paid advertisements or bid on our brand name does not remove these restrictions.

You must comply with Reddit's sitewide rules, subreddit rules, and the policies of every platform used for promotion.

Prohibited conduct includes vote manipulation, coordinated fake engagement, ban evasion, harassment of moderators, and attempts to circumvent platform restrictions.

The proposed affiliate commission rate is 30% of the full $27 course purchase price, subject to the eligibility and refund rules below.

At this rate, a qualifying sale generates a commission of $8.10.

If a customer requests a refund within 14 days after the paid purchase, the affiliate will not receive a commission for that transaction.

Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent are not eligible for commission to the extent specified in these terms and applicable law.

The 30-day period begins on the date the qualifying paid purchase occurs, not when the customer registers for the free trial and not when the trial ends.

Subject to the refund rule, transaction validation, and compliance checks, the commission becomes eligible 30 days after the paid purchase.

Affiliate payments are made through PayPal in US dollars (USD).

The minimum payout threshold is $50 in approved commissions.

The program's payment process is subject to the 30-day commission eligibility period and the applicable monthly payment schedule.

If an affiliate receives funds in a currency other than USD, PayPal's applicable currency conversion rate and fees may apply. Those charges are determined by PayPal and may change.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate PayPal details and supplying any information required to process payments lawfully.

Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations arising from affiliate income.

Any applicable tax reporting, withholding, or collection requirements will be handled according to the relevant laws and thresholds. Affiliates may be required to provide tax or identity information where legally necessary.

We reserve the right to monitor affiliate activity, review suspected violations, and take appropriate action to protect customers, our business, and the integrity of the program.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

• A warning and a request to correct the violation.

• Temporary suspension while an investigation is conducted.

• Disabling affiliate links or access to promotional resources.

• Withholding or reversing commissions associated with invalid transactions, subject to the agreement and applicable law.

• Permanent termination from the affiliate program.

Serious misconduct, including fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, spam campaigns, fake testimonials, tracking manipulation, or impersonation, may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.

We will assess the nature, severity, evidence, and impact of a suspected breach when deciding what action to take.

Affiliates may appeal a suspension or termination by contacting [insert affiliate support email].

Appeals should identify the action being challenged, explain the relevant circumstances, and include supporting information where available.

We will review appeals in good faith and communicate our decision within a reasonable period.

Commission Reversals

Commission reversals arising from confirmed fraudulent payments or customer refunds are not appealable under the program's commission appeal process. This restriction does not prevent the correction of a demonstrable administrative or calculation error. Any such correction remains subject to the applicable agreement and law. Other commission disputes may be reviewed where the program's terms permit.

We may update these guidelines as necessary, subject to the affiliate agreement and applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the program's notice requirements.

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing applicable updates and complying with the rules governing their participation.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or other remedies permitted by the program terms and applicable law.
