2.1 Course Access

Course content may be delivered in different formats. Not every lesson will necessarily contain a video where written material is considered the most appropriate format.

Upon successful registration or purchase, you will receive access to the course through our designated learning platform.

Where applicable, login credentials or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

2.2 Lifetime Access

Where the course is advertised as providing lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of the course as offered by SmartesMarketing.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that the course platform, individual third-party technologies or particular delivery methods will operate indefinitely.

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace or improve course content from time to time.

2.3 Course Price

The standard advertised price of Reddit Marketing Mastery is US$25 for lifetime access, unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may be changed for future purchases without affecting purchases already completed.

Support does not constitute personalised legal, financial, investment, medical or professional advice.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate method and reasonable scope of support provided.

Where the course completion requirements have been satisfied, students may receive a certificate of completion.

Where our platform provides automatic certificate generation, the certificate may be made available for immediate download following completion.

A certificate confirms completion of the course. It does not represent an academic qualification, professional licence, accreditation or guarantee of employment or business results unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.1 Scope of Services

The exact services provided will depend on the package, proposal, quotation or written agreement accepted by the client.

Where a client does not already have an appropriate Reddit account, we may establish an account from scratch.

This may include:

1. identifying an appropriate username;

2. establishing the account;

3. developing the profile;

4. researching relevant communities;

5. gradually participating in relevant discussions;

6. creating appropriate content;

7. building credibility and engagement over time.

We generally recommend a gradual approach because credibility on Reddit is developed through consistent and meaningful participation rather than aggressive promotional activity.

8.1 Our Commitment

Our Reddit account management service is offered on a satisfaction-guarantee basis.

Our commitment is straightforward:

We will carry out the agreed work and give you the opportunity to review the Reddit account and work we have undertaken before payment becomes due.

Subject to the terms below, you will not be required to pay the agreed service fee until six weeks after you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the Reddit account and the work completed on your behalf.

8.2 Satisfaction Confirmation

For the purposes of this agreement, "satisfied" means that the client has confirmed in writing that they are satisfied with the Reddit account and the agreed work performed to that point.

Confirmation may be provided by email or another written communication channel agreed between the parties.

Once satisfaction has been confirmed, the six-week period begins. The agreed service fee becomes payable at the end of that six-week period, subject to any other payment terms expressly agreed in writing.

8.3 If You Are Not Satisfied With the Account

We want every client to be satisfied with the quality and development of the Reddit account we create and manage on their behalf.

If, following the initial six-week development period, you are not satisfied with the quality of the account or the work we have undertaken, you must notify us in writing and provide reasonable details of the concerns you have.

We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, discuss whether reasonable adjustments can be made within the scope of the agreed service.

Removal of Our Content

If you ultimately decide that you are not satisfied and do not wish to proceed with the Reddit account management service, all posts, comments and other Reddit content created and published by SmartesMarketing as part of the contracted service will be removed from the account, subject to Reddit's functionality, rules and any applicable legal requirements.

The purpose of this provision is to ensure that a client who decides not to proceed is not left with an account containing SmartesMarketing-created marketing material that they do not wish to retain.

Following removal of our content, the account may be returned to the client where applicable, subject to the account ownership arrangements agreed between the parties and Reddit's terms and policies.

No Payment Where the Satisfaction Condition Has Not Been Met

Where the client has not confirmed satisfaction with the account and the agreed service has therefore not reached the payment stage specified under our Satisfaction Guarantee, no service fee will become payable solely because we have undertaken the initial account-building work, subject to any separate fees or charges expressly agreed in writing.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality and delivery of the contracted account-management work. It does not constitute a guarantee of specific marketing results, traffic, engagement, karma, followers, leads, sales or revenue.

Account Closure or Further Use

If the client does not wish to retain the account after the SmartesMarketing-created content has been removed, we may, where legally permitted and consistent with Reddit's terms and the parties' agreement, discontinue our involvement with the account.

We will not sell, transfer or assign a client-owned Reddit account to another business without the client's express written consent.

Any account transfer, closure or other action will remain subject to Reddit's applicable terms, policies and technical requirements.

If the client decides not to proceed with the service and does not confirm satisfaction, SmartesMarketing.com may discontinue work on the account.

Where permitted by applicable law and Reddit's own rules and policies, and subject to any rights the client has in the account or its contents, we may:

• cease managing the account;

• return or transfer control of the account to the client where appropriate;

• archive or remove our work product where appropriate; or

• discontinue the account management project.

We will not transfer an account to another business or otherwise dispose of an account where doing so would breach applicable law, the client's rights, Reddit's terms, or other applicable platform rules.

Any transfer of account ownership will be subject to Reddit's applicable policies and the parties' written agreement.

The parties should establish in writing before work begins who will own and control any Reddit account created for the client.

Where an account is created specifically for the client's business and the arrangement provides that the client owns the account, the client will retain the relevant ownership and access rights subject to Reddit's terms and policies.

Where SmartesMarketing.com creates or operates an account as part of a different commercial arrangement, ownership and control will be determined by the written service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms overrides Reddit's own terms, policies or restrictions concerning accounts.

To enable us to provide the services effectively, clients agree to:

• provide accurate information about their business;

• provide relevant website, product or service information;

• identify any industries, subjects or communities that should be avoided;

• provide timely feedback where requested;

• provide reasonable access required to perform the agreed services;

• notify us of material changes to the business or offer;

• ensure that information supplied to us is accurate and lawful; and

• cooperate reasonably with the delivery of the service.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access or delayed client responses may affect the delivery timetable.

We will seek to manage accounts responsibly and in accordance with applicable Reddit rules and community guidelines.

However, Reddit is an independent third-party platform and its rules, algorithms, moderation practices and policies may change.

We cannot guarantee that:

• a particular post will remain published;

• a particular subreddit will permit participation;

• an account will never be restricted;

• moderators will approve particular content;

• Reddit will not change its policies; or

• Reddit will continue providing a particular feature.

We will not knowingly instruct or encourage clients to engage in unlawful activity, spam, fraudulent activity, deceptive behaviour or other conduct that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Our services are designed to improve the quality, credibility and strategic effectiveness of a Reddit presence.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Results may be affected by:

• Reddit's algorithms;

• subreddit moderators;

• community behaviour;

• changes to Reddit policies;

• competition;

• the client's industry;

• audience interest;

• content quality;

• external events;

• account history;

• third-party websites; and

• other factors outside our reasonable control.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee a specific number of:

• upvotes;

• karma points;

• followers;

• post views;

• comments;

• website visitors;

• leads;

• backlinks;

• sales; or

• revenue.

Where we create posts, comments or other marketing content for the client, the client is responsible for ensuring that information relating to its products, services, claims, pricing and business is accurate.

We may rely on information supplied by the client when preparing content.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies that result from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.

We reserve the right to refuse to create or publish content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate.

Clients must not ask us to use Reddit for:

• fraud;

• impersonation;

• deceptive practices;

• harassment;

• illegal activities;

• manipulation intended to deceive users;

• false reviews or fabricated testimonials;

• misleading claims;

• coordinated abuse;

• spam; or

• activity that knowingly violates Reddit's rules or applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate work involving prohibited activity.

All course materials, including videos, written lessons, graphics, frameworks, templates, documents and other educational material supplied as part of Reddit Marketing Mastery remain the intellectual property of SmartesMarketing.com or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own educational purposes.

You must not, without our written permission:

• reproduce the course;

• resell the course;

• redistribute course materials;

• publish course materials online;

• share your login credentials;

• copy substantial portions of the course;

• create a competing course using our proprietary materials; or

• commercially exploit our course materials.

The client retains ownership of content, trademarks, logos, business information and other intellectual property supplied by the client.

The client grants SmartesMarketing a limited licence to use that material solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

The client confirms that it has the necessary rights to provide such material to us.

SmartesMarketing.com retains ownership of its underlying marketing methodologies, frameworks, processes, strategies, systems, templates and know-how.

Providing services to a client does not transfer ownership of our underlying methodology to the client.

The client receives the benefit of the agreed service, not ownership of SmartesMarketing's proprietary business systems.

Each party agrees to treat confidential information received from the other party as confidential and not disclose it to third parties except where:

• disclosure is required by law;

• disclosure is necessary to provide the contracted services;

• the information is already publicly available;

• the other party has given permission; or

• disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

We will take reasonable steps to protect client information.

We will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a business client, the parties may be required to enter into additional data-processing arrangements depending on the nature of the services.

Clients should not provide us with sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the contracted service and appropriate arrangements are in place.

Reddit, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers and other third-party platforms are independent services.

We are not responsible for:

• third-party outages;

• changes to third-party terms;

• changes to third-party algorithms;

• account restrictions imposed by third parties;

• third-party technical failures; or

• third-party decisions outside our reasonable control.

For freelance services, the applicable service fee and payment arrangements will be specified in the relevant quotation, proposal, order confirmation or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment will not become due under the satisfaction guarantee until the applicable six-week period following the client's written confirmation of satisfaction has expired.

If payment becomes due and remains unpaid, we may suspend further services until the outstanding amount is paid.

Either party may request termination of an ongoing service arrangement by providing written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

We may suspend or terminate services immediately where:

• the client requests unlawful activity;

• the client requests activity that violates Reddit's rules;

• the client provides materially false information;

• the client becomes abusive or threatening toward our staff or contractors;

• continued work would expose us to unreasonable legal or reputational risk; or

• the client materially breaches these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

For business-to-business contracts, any additional limitation of liability agreed in the applicable service agreement will apply.

Our satisfaction guarantee relates to the delivery and review of the agreed Reddit account management work.

It does not mean that we guarantee:

• a particular amount of traffic;

• a particular number of leads;

• a particular number of sales;

• a particular search ranking;

• a particular amount of karma;

• viral posts;

• specific subreddit acceptance; or

• any particular financial return.

The guarantee is designed to give clients confidence that they can review the work before the agreed service fee becomes payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase or service agreement will generally be the version in force when you entered into the relevant agreement, unless a later change is required by law or otherwise agreed between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable order, quotation, proposal, service agreement or other written agreement between the parties, constitute the agreement between the parties concerning the relevant course or services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement, the specific service agreement will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

Unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
